#ABSTC Student Scholarships for attendance at 17th ISBR Symposium

The Agricoulture Biotechnology Stewardship Technical Committee (ABSTC) in collaboration with the ISBR is sponsoring four student scholarships for ISBR2025. To qualify, an abstract od yours must have been accepted for a poster or oral presentation. The scholarship will cover conference registration, up to 4 nights’ accommodation (at the conference hotel) and reimbursement of travel (flight) expenses of up to $2000 USD.

The commitment of scholarship recipients:

As the awardee, the part of your responsibility will be to document your experience at the 17th ISBR symposium to help us promote the benefits of attending to others. Recipients can opt to document their experience in any of the following ways in the run up to the symposium and slash or within three months after the past event:

• via a social media using the conference hashtag #ISBR2025
• blog post for the ISBR
• craft a digital story with photos slash slides from your conference experiences
• alternative ideas will be considered
