REGISTRATION FOR ISBR2025 IS NOW OPEN!

Fees

Please note: Registration fees include ISBR membership valid until ISBR2027.  Membership benefits include access to Symposium presentations (PDFs), an invitation to the Members’ meeting, and ISBR support for the publication of members’ contributions to the Symposium.

Students: (Undergraduate and graduate). To be eligible, proof of current enrolment on university letterhead must be submitted during the registration process.

Developing countries:  Delegates residing in countries classified by the World Bank as low or lower-middle-income economies may be eligible for a reduced registration fee. Click here to view the World Bank list of economies (June 2018)

Accepted authors:  If your submissions have been accepted for an oral or poster presentation you must complete their registration for the symposium by 15 June, 2025. After that date, unregistered authors will have their abstracts withdrawn from the published program

Registration Fees for all delegates include

• Welcome reception (Sunday, November 2, 2025)
• 3 lunches (From Monday 3 Nov to Wednesday 5, 2025)
• 7 coffee breaks
• Symposium documents (The full symposium program and the abstracts will be made available to registered participants through the app. A printed program overview will be also provided on-site for ease of reference).
• Access to scientific sessions, Exhibition Area & Poster sessions
• Access to the conference app

The accompanying person registration fee includes

• Welcome reception (Sunday, November 2, 2025)
• 3 lunches (From Monday 3 Nov to Wednesday 5, 2025)
• 7 coffee breaks
• Access to the Exhibition Area

REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Centeq Events will not accept telephone reservations. Registration must be completed by filling the Online Registration form (one form per person).

The registration fee that will be charged will reflect the fee rates set for the date the registration is processed and paid in full (see table above). 

If student registration is selected, please provide proof of your student status; otherwise, you will be requested to pay the full registration fee.

Payment in full of the registration fees is required to gain access to the symposium.  A confirmation email and invoice for the total amount paid will be sent straight after the payment is received.  Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any changes or inquiries.

All payments must be made in US$ (Dollars) using one of the following payment methods:

Please note that any bank fees must be paid by the participant (sender). This option will only be available until June 15, 2025.

Any pending payments can be settled at the registration desk. In cases where a bank transfer payment or another method has not been received by the registration desk, you will be asked to provide proof of payment such as an advice bank slip. Otherwise, you will be requested to pay the pending amount.

Centeq Events and ISBR are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to any person or property. Please ensure you take out adequate travel and appropriate assurance/insurance.​​​

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations to registrations must be sent to Centeq Events by                                                                    e-mail: isbrsymposium@allevents.co.za             
• Cancellations received before August 4, 2025 will be fully refunded, less $50 for administrative costs. 
• Cancellations received between August 4, 2025 and September 3, 2025 will be reimbursed 50% of the registration fee only.             
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after September 3, 2025 or for any registered participants who fail to attend the conference.              
• No refunds will be made due to the cancellation of a particular session or talk or to program changes.              
• Please note that any bank fees must be paid by the participant (sender). Ensure all charges are for senders account when requesting the transfer from your bank.

PAYMENT TERMS: All payments are to be received within 14 days from the date of the invoice.

* Expenses claims, if applicable, will be processed right after the Symposium.
