Conference registration fee includes:

  • Access to conference sessions and poster sessions
  • Delegate bag including all conference materials
  • Welcome reception at the Fiesta Americana (Minerva) Hotel on June 4, 2017
  • Coffee breaks during conference days 

Conference registration fee DOES NOT include:

  • Any tours booked prior or on site at the conference
  • Gala Dinner tickets. There is an additional cost to be paid as an extra when registering
  • Accommodation costs and airport transfers are for the delegates own account

Cancellation Policy

Substitutions may be made up until May 22, 2017. Please email the registration team at, to make any name changes.

If you require to cancel the registration completely, please notify the registration team in writing by emailing them at:

  • Provided written notice is received by May 17, 2017 a full refund will be given less $35 USD administration charge.
  • Provided written notice is received by May 30, 2017, 50% refund will be given less $35 USD administration charge.
  • For cancellations after May 30, 2017 and conference no-shows, no refunds will be given.

Letter of Invitation

Please note that only registered delegates who have paid their Symposium registration fees will be issued a letter of invitation. The letter of invitation can be downloaded directly via the online registration system once the payment is finalized. This invitation letter is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds, appropriate visas, approvals, sponsorship or official leave. It does not imply a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any support, financial or otherwise.  

On-Site Registration

On-Site registration will be available at the registration desks in the Host Hotel on Sunday 4 and Monday 5 for late arrivals.
