To note: All registration fees will be invoiced in South African Rands (ZAR) and are payable in Rands.  The US $ and Euro rates are as at 19.06.2014 and are for indicative purposes only.

* Registration fee for Non Members includes an automatic 1 year membership of ISBR.

*** To qualify for the student registration fee, you must be a full time student.  Please forward proof of registration at your institution to Isbgmo2014@allevents.co.za

Conference registration fees include:

  • Access to conference sessions and poster sessions.
  • Delegate bag including all conference materials.
  • Welcome reception at the CTICC on 9 November 2014.
  • Lunch, tea and coffee during the day.

Conference registration fees exclude:

  • Any tours booked prior or on site at the conference.  This is for the delegates own expense.
  • Gala dinner tickets.  This is an additional cost to be purchased as an extra when registering.
  • Accommodation costs and airport transfers are for the delegates own account.

Cancellation

  • Substitutions may be made up until 31 October 2014. Please email the registration team at isbgmo2014@allevents.co.za to make any name changes.
  • If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the registration team in writing by emailing them at isbgmo2014@allevents.co.za. Provided written notice is received by 25 September 2014, a full refund will be given less a R350 administration charge.
  • Provided written notice is received by 9 October 2014, a 50% refund will be given less a R350 administration charge.
  • For registrations cancelled after 9 October 2014 and conference no-shows, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
